PUBLIC MEETING: A meeting to receive public comment on the DEIR was held on Thursday, January 15, 2009, at 6 p.m., at Banning's Landing Community Center, located at 100 E. Water Street in Wilmington.
COMMENTS: Written comments on the Draft EIR will be received through January 30, 2009 and should be sent to the following address:
