DRAFT FOR COMMENTS Photovoltaic Solar Power Systems RFP

The Harbor Department anticipates issuing a RFP to develop photovoltaic solar power systems within the Port of Los Angeles under the City of Los Angeles Department of Water & Power Feed-in Tariff Set Pricing Program. This is a current draft of the RFP. We are soliciting comments from prospective proposers to incorporate into the final RFP which will be released at a later date (Mid-August).

Foreign Trade Zone Consultant





Description:     The City of Los Angeles Harbor Department (Harbor Department) invites the submittal of proposals to provide as-needed expert technical support services to assist with the functions required as Grantee of Foreign Trade Zone 202.  These services shall commence after a contract is approved by the Board of Harbor Commissioners.
