Under the Clean Truck Program, Licensed Motor Carriers (LMC) are required to enroll trucks in the Ports’ Drayage Truck Registry to enter Port terminals.  To obtain access to the PDTR, click on https://pdtr.cleanairactionplan.org/ and register.  It is important that LMC’s confirm their Concession status and maintain accurate truck data in the registry.
