More than 2,000 ghosts and goblins enjoyed an afternoon of games, music and fun at the Happy Harbor Halloween event.  Radio Disney provided music and contests and Franklin Haynes Marionettes enchanted all with a magical show.  Game booths, photo stands and a lively costume parade rounded out a wonderful day at the Port of Los Angeles.
