- Tours depart from Downtown Harbor, 504 S. Harbor Blvd., San Pedro, CA 90731
- Boats leave every 30 minutes:
- 11:30 a.m. pet-friendly tour
- 1 p.m. Spanish-language tour
- Boats will board on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Tours last approximately 50 minutes and are fully narrated.
- Limited free visitor parking is available.

Is it your first time taking a boat tour of the Port of Los Angeles?
Get answers to a few frequently asked questions first.
  Do I have to sign up for tickets?
No tickets are required. Tours are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Free tours depart every 30 minutes, starting at 11 a.m. with the last tour departing at 1 p.m.
  Are visitors in wheelchairs able to enjoy the tours?
Absolutely! Docks are ADA-compliant and wheelchair-accessible boarding is available.
  Can I bring my baby on board?
All ages are welcome. Please remember, strollers are not permitted on board the vessel.
  Am I allowed to bring my dog?
In addition to our two-legged passengers, the following boat tour will be designated as “dog-friendly” to accommodate socialized and well-behaved, leashed dogs. All are welcome on this tour, including pet parents and dog lovers.
  What should I wear?
Even during summer, it can get chilly out on the water. It’s recommended you bring a light jacket, hat and sunscreen and wear flat, comfortable shoes.
  What's on the boat?
Boats offer both indoor and outdoor seating. Restrooms are available on board. Beverages and snacks are available for purchase on board.
  Are there tours narrated in Spanish?
The Spanish language tour will depart at 1 p.m.

  What will I see on the tour?
Tours include up-close views of the nation’s busiest port, with sights of active vessels, cargo terminals, cranes and notable San Pedro Bay landmarks, including San Pedro Municipal Warehouse No.1, Wilmington Clock Tower and Vincent Thomas Bridge. Active marine wildlife, cruise ships, tugs, barges, and fireboats may also be seen on the tour.

  Will I get seasick?
Getting seasick is highly unlikely, but if you are extremely sensitive you may wish to take precautions. Tour boats don’t leave the breakwater and the water is generally very calm inside the Port, even on windy days. If needed, there are restrooms on board.
  What else can I do on the LA Waterfront?
While in the area, visitors are encouraged to explore LA Waterfront attractions that are free to the public.
After the tour, visitors can learn about harbor area history at the Los Angeles Maritime Museum or Battleship IOWA. Visit CRAFTED at the Port of Los Angeles, a one-of-a-kind craft marketplace.
