LA Fleet Week® 2019



Friday, August 30 - Monday, September 2
Public ship tours: 8:30 a.m.- 3 p.m.
Los Angeles World Cruise Center

Fleet Week is an annual patriotic tradition where active military ships recently deployed in overseas operations dock in a major U.S. city for one week. LA Fleet Week® 2019 is a free, public event on the LA Waterfront taking place over Labor Day weekend, featuring guided ship tours, military equipment and demonstrations, live entertainment, food trucks, and more. Public ship tours will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis (no tickets/reservations), and ship names will be announced approximately two weeks before the event kicks off. Happy Harbor Halloween

Two Locations: Downtown Harbor and Wilmington Waterfront Park

Celebrate Halloween on the LA Waterfront with the Port of Los Angeles with a free, family-friendly event that features a costume parade, music, reptiles, arts and crafts, face painting, games, and fun for kids of all ages!

Wilmington Waterfront Park

Each year, it snows in Wilmington for one day! Join the Port of Los Angeles at Wilmington Waterfront Park to play in the snow - even if it's warm and sunny outside! Enjoy free snow, face painting, games, and holiday crafts. A free event brought to you by the Port of Los Angeles. (Please note: in the event of rain, this event will be canceled.)

Winter Wonderland

57th Annual L.A. Harbor Holiday Afloat Parade



Saturday, December 7
6-8 p.m.
Various locations along the Port of Los Angeles Main Channel; pre-parade festivities at Banning's Landing Community Center, at 4 p.m.

Sponsored by the Port of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Harbor Holiday Afloat Parade starts in the East Basin near Banning’s Landing Community Center in Wilmington and takes approximately 90 minutes to cover the entire parade route through the Los Angeles Main Channel. Officials and community leaders will take part in the parade as judges or passengers on approximately 60 participating vessels of all shapes and sizes, from tugboats to tall ships.
