EarthCam Wilmington View

WILMINGTON, Calif. – Sept. 1, 2023 – The Port of Los Angeles has added a second livestream camera, operated by EarthCam, expanding the view from the Los Angeles Main Channel in San Pedro to the East Basin in Wilmington. Both cameras stream in high resolution and share panoramic vistas from both sides of the iconic Vincent Thomas Bridge.

Camera One streams from the center of the Port of Los Angeles Main Channel in San Pedro, featuring views of historic battleship USS Iowa, Wilmington Clock Tower, Everport Container Terminal, Terminal Island, and San Pedro Promenade.

Camera Two streams from the Port of Los Angeles East Basin in Wilmington, featuring views of Wilmington Waterfront Promenade construction, TraPac, Yusen and WBCT Container Terminals, and liquid bulk facilities. Viewers can expect to see what’s happening in Los Angeles Harbor in real-time.

Scenes from America’s busiest port may include cargo and cruise ship arrivals and departures, tug, tour, and fire boats, and active marine wildlife. As upgrades to infrastructure and waterfront redevelopment at the Port continue, the livestream can provide a look at the progress of projects reshaping the surrounding communities.

Viewers can watch along as construction of the Wilmington Waterfront Promenade, expected to open later this year, takes shape. Since the installation of the first EarthCam at the Port of Los Angeles, there have been more than 2 million stream views of America’s busiest port.
